The staff here were really nice and friendly. In our family room, we had a hair dryer, a kettle to make tea, and even a cozy lounge area. 🌟

Had a really comfortable stay for a night. the hotel's location was magnificent, really close to the airport. - Decent pizza restaurant. - Shuttle bus to the airport. - Only 3 km from our favorite spot, National Trust Hatfield Forest. it was a great stay with fantastic amenities and convenient proximity to the airport and local attractions.

Good for one night. Ideal hotel, nice bed, good bar. Nice building and rooms with functional decoration. The continental breakfast with muesli to the cereals served and better a coffee machine. Very quick check in and excellent service. The ambience was family.

Had a nicely furnished and good standard room with tea and coffee making facilities. The accommodation had a central location on the train line into downtown London.

Quiet hotel, the best 3 stars experience compared to other options. Magnificent location close to the airport, enjoyed this place. The unit we got was neat with comfortable beds, Fans, for example.

The hotel is in a remote location with free terminal transport. The hotel is set off the main road, so there is no noise.- The room was neat and had a lounge area, heating, and an iron.- There was a good choice of freshly made options for takeaway breakfast.

Being charged for using car park while staying overnight. Internet access not great. Expensive given standard/comfort of room provided. Felt like a student accomodation

-Dirty, moldy bathroom -irresponsible employees (have ordered waking up service, nobody bother to ring, no apology given, could oversleep flight....:() -lack of telephone coverage -No compensatory breakfast in the early morning, although it was paid for
